Capitalism is exploitation

In this I talk about how Whole Foods (Amazon) is treating one of my friends (an employee of over 10 years) poorly. It's just another example of exploitation and how capitalism really isn't the economic system humanity needs.

It's tragic how our global culture lacks of widespread awareness of the failures of capitalism, wage slavery, and exploitation (especially in developing nations)...

One of my friends started working nights at a new Whole Foods location from 10pm to 6am, 5-6 days a week and it’s been rough for him with such a schedule, but it’s the only position available near where his wife and daughter live. After months of doing this, his store finally got an opening in the day shift, but he was denied it only because he is not allowed to have any fixed days off. So, because he has a fixed schedule when he sees his daughter every week and doesn’t want to work on those same days, he has to work nights for the rest of his life? Unbelievable.
